Benahavís to Host the 2026 Tour of Andalusia Official Start
The 72nd edition of the Ruta del Sol – Tour of Andalusia will kick off in Benahavís, with the Mayor, José Antonio Mena, the Councillor for Sports, Ignacio López, and the General Director of the Tour of Andalusia, Joaquín Cuevas, present at the official presentation. The race, spanning over 800 kilometers across five Andalusian provinces, will take place from February 18 to 22, 2026. Benahavís, as the starting point, will witness a stage with a Málaga focus covering over 163 km. Traffic and access information provided for a smooth event.
