Empowerment Through Self-Care: A Workshop for Women

The Equality Department at Benahavís Town Council is organizing a new workshop on self-care specifically designed for women. Participants will learn techniques to enhance their eyes, discover suitable products, and receive practical tips for daily use. The workshop provides a space for sharing enriching experiences and fostering a sense of community and participation. Scheduled from August 3 to 6 at the Senior Citizens’ Centre, the workshop will be led by Irene. Limited spots are available. To register, contact 952 85 50 25 (Ext. 2300).
