Local Golfer María Purroy Galán Selected for National Championship

Benahavís Town Hall congratulates María Purroy Galán, 19, for being chosen to compete in the 2026 Spanish Women’s Senior Autonomous Federations Championship, representing the Andalusian Golf Federation. The event will be held at Infinitum Golf Lakes resort in Tarragona from June 14 to 18, where María will join the Andalusian team to compete against the top female golfers in the country. This achievement highlights her hard work and dedication and brings pride to Benahavís, a municipality known for its golf culture.
