Restoration Project for Catering School Initiated in Benahavís
The Department of Works and Infrastructure has announced the commencement of restoration and external improvement works on the building of the Catering School in Benahavís. The project aims to address damage caused by damp through repair of renderings, waterproofing of paving, and repainting of surfaces. Additionally, wooden window frames will be replaced with PVC to prevent leaks. The project has a tender budget of €162,000.00, awarded to SEROVIAL S.L. for €158,759.99, with a 6-month completion period.
