5th Women Entrepreneur Award 2026 in Málaga

The Provincial Council of Málaga is launching the 5th Women Entrepreneur Award 2026 to recognize female talent, innovation, and leadership in the province. The award is open to women entrepreneurs, business owners, and self-employed professionals, as well as companies with over 50% female ownership operating in municipalities with fewer than 50,000 inhabitants in Málaga. The competition offers a total prize of €9,000, distributed among three categories: revitalization of depopulated areas, innovation and social entrepreneurship, and preservation of traditions and culture. The application deadline is June 1, 2026. Judging criteria include innovation, social and environmental impact, project viability, contribution to local and rural development, and alignment with Sustainable Development Goals. Benahavís Town Hall encourages local women entrepreneurs to participate, emphasizing their crucial role in the economic and social progress of the province.
