New Water Supply Pipeline Construction Project Launched in La Quinta Urbanisation

The Public Works Department has announced the commencement of construction works for a new pressurised water supply pipeline in the vicinity of La Quinta Urbanisation. The project involves the installation of a 300mm ductile iron pipeline running from Cristóbal Colón Street to Tomás Pascual Avenue, originating near the Arqueros pumping station. Upon completion, the pipeline will connect to the existing network near the entrance gate of ‘La Quinta Golf Club’. The project includes the replacement of road surfaces, repair or replacement of affected utilities, and is awarded to Transportes y Excavaciones Valle del Sol, S.L. for a budget of €175,450.00 (VAT included) with a scheduled completion time of four months.
