Local Woman Honored as Woman of the Year
Our beloved neighbor, Paqui Guerrero Jiménez, has been recognized as the ‘Woman of the Year’. This award, presented by the Equality Department of the Provincial Council of Málaga, aims to highlight women who have made significant contributions to real equality in their communities, serving as inspiring role models for all. Paqui, known for her dedication and resilience, has been a pillar in her community for decades, balancing her work as a butcher with her family responsibilities and community support. Her commitment shone through during the pandemic, where her shop remained open to serve the community. Congratulations to Paqui and all the other deserving recipients of this prestigious award.
